When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 - 5 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:
- Europe: 6 - 8 business days
All orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
The production, as well as the shipment of products are handled by the service provider Printful. Accordingly, delivery times are estimated guidelines based on optimal processing, printing, product availability and other factors.
We currently ship free of charge to the following regions/countries:*

Will I be charged customs fees on my order?
International orders may be subject to an additional customs and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is assessed by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please check directly with the local customs office to see if they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.
typejungle is not responsible for these fees if they are charged, they are your responsibility as a customer.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of the order. Please wait 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within the time frame for your country (see country list), after receiving the shipment confirmation email, please contact me at info@typejungle.com with your name and order number and I will take care of the matter.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before contacting me, please help me as follows:
● Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
● Ask at the local post office if the package is present.
● Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not dropped off at the post office or your neighbor, contact me at info@typejungle.com with your order number. If you found an error in your shipping address, I can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
Oh no! I am very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me fix this quickly, please send me an email within a week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order to info@typejungle.com. I will contact you as soon as possible for a solution!
Shipping to post office boxes
Typically, only national postal carriers can deliver to PO boxes. Many of the products, such as framed posters and larger items, are too large for national postal carriers, so Printful uses commercial companies (such as FedEx) to deliver products that cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
I strongly recommend you use a physical address instead of a PO Box to ensure smooth delivery.
