Refunds, returns and exchanges

Since your order is always produced as soon as you place your order, please consider before buying if you really want to purchase the product. By doing so, you will help protect the environment by minimizing unnecessary waste, transportation, and labor in production.

Please also make sure to choose the right size for your artwork before proceeding to the ordering process.

 

Return

I accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in original condition and will refund the full order amount once the return is received back by my shipping partner Printful.


Please let me know if something is wrong with the order or you are dissatisfied.

 

Damage due to shipping

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at info@typejungle.com with your name, order number, and photo(s) of the condition of the item. I will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

 

Product exchange

Because I work with a print-on-demand vendor who does not produce items until they are ordered, I do not currently offer exchanges.*

To avoid unnecessary production of items, pay attention to the sizes of the items to make sure what size will fit in your home. You can find the sizing information in the item descriptions.

*While it is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, and you received an item you did not order, please notify me within one week of receiving your order. Include order number and photos of the mislabeled item. I will send you a new item or refund the purchase price!
